Recipes from the Spring's Sweet Kitchen

The cooks at the Spring's Sweet Kitchen are always thinking of new ways to cook, bake and brew with honey. Try the recipes below to see if you agree with them that honey adds a special quality. Along with its fragrance and smooth taste, honey adds moisture so baked goods stay fresher, longer.

Since honey is perceptibly sweeter to the taste buds than sugar, you can adapt your favorite recipes by substituting 3/4 cup to 1 cup (depending on the recipe) of honey for 1 1/2 cups of sugar.
